These terms govern your engagement with PorMae Care ("PorMae", "we", "us"). By inquiring or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

PorMae provides in-home postpartum care and coordination services in Thailand. We are a care and coordination service, not a hospital, medical facility, or emergency service. We do not replace medical care provided by licensed healthcare professionals.

Engagement

Every engagement begins with a private consultation. A deposit is required to confirm your engagement. Program details, pricing, and inclusions are confirmed during the consultation process.

Clinical Boundaries

PorMae provides supportive care and coordination. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Where medical concerns arise, we coordinate with your existing healthcare providers. We do not describe wellness services as medical treatments.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are discussed during consultation. Deposits and payment structures are confirmed in your service agreement before care begins.

Limitation of Liability

PorMae is not liable for medical outcomes. We coordinate care and provide supportive services. Medical care remains the responsibility of licensed healthcare providers.
